Bombardier Recreational Products: Responsive Platform Redesign

As the senior content strategist for this massive project, I oversaw a team of 4 content strategists. Together we created a single sign-on, seamless responsive design experience bringing together 7 brands into one look and feel. This involved a content audit of the existing content as well as a plan for what content to keep, remove, and what new content needed to be created. Then I oversaw the creation of this new content. I was also involved in creating the new taxonomy and categorizing content to fit within it. We did a gigantic content migration from existing sites onto a CQ5 content management system as well as loading the large amount of new content to the platform.

The sites were created in 15 languages, taking into consideration not only translation but also transcreation (creating content that is culturally appropriate for different markets), as well as the different arrangements BRP has with dealers in different territories. This position required me to work very closely with design, UX, and copywriters to create an experience that would meet all of the requirements of the many client stakeholders involved in the project.
